如何让面试官对你印象深刻？

—“Mirror Theory. It is an important concept for interviewing because the most effective interviews will be one where you mirror the interviewer’s communication style. Instead of acting like your normal self, there’s a good chance you are acting counter to your personality. For example, someone tells you to be energetic and enthusiastic so you try to force excitement through out the interviewer and end up being overbearing and intimidating to the interviewer. ”

面试中的黄金原则就是模仿面试官的一言一行。这会让面试官感觉到你和他属于一类人，从而对你产生好感，大大提高了面试被录取的机会。

—“Always ask for business cards and follow up after interviews. That enabled me to get an internship position.” 

总记得要试官的名片，并且在面试结束后给他写感谢信。

—“Remember to compliment your interviewer.”

适当赞扬你的面试官，会带来意想不到的效果。

—“Make your plan ahead of time". Make sure you know what to wear, when to get up the day before the interview, always plan thing ahead. Don’t rush in the morning.”

提前做好面试准备，避免面试当天手忙脚乱，错失良机。

—“Listen carefully to the interviewer or at least pretend to.”

—“When you are doing phone interview, pretend that you were in the on side interview.”

在电话面试时语气不能松懈，告诉自己正处在面试现场。

—“Make fun of your name. At the beginning of the interview, I will tell ajoke about my name. That really helps sometimes.” 

自我介绍时以幽默的方式讲出自己的名字。

—“When I tell a story about past, I will give others credit, especially talking about my old boss.”

在面试时赞扬他人，尤其表现和过去的老板关系融洽。

—“positive attitude and be authentic.

保持真诚积极的态度。

—“Pretend to be a professional stocker to the company you have interview with. Talk about this fact and compliment the company as a whole. This allows you the chance to show that you not only did the research,but also that you have benefitted from the company’s work in some way.”
