工作，光认真没用，要走心！

你知道李小龙在电影《死亡游戏》中为什么能打败贾巴尔吗？

我认为他的秘诀是“速度”。你必须出手很快，才能有机会打倒体格比自己强大很多的贾巴尔。

这个跟我们的日常工作又有什么关系呢？ 在我看来，“速度”即是工作中的“高效”，如果你工作效率高，那么你就能促进你的供应商高效工作；如果你工作效率高，你也能影响你周围同事高效工作。那么大家工作效率就都提高了，整个公司才会有更多高品质的产出，能在行业里击败竞争对手，就像李小龙打败贾巴尔一样。

我相信，你当然知道这道理，也很好奇有什么好的方法能提高工作效率。

我认为秘诀是“走心”：用心并将自己的想法融入到具体的工作中去。

伟人毛主席曾说，“世界上最怕认真二字”。当你用心了，遇到困难时，首先想到的是如何解决问题而不是烦恼和抱怨。

为节省时间，让阅读有所收获，以下将分享一些提高工作效率的方法，目的是抛砖引玉，大家多交流，共同成长。 

用便签纸记下必须完成的事情，贴在电脑屏幕前。对我来说，每次扔掉一张便签纸，即解决了一件事情，心情会很愉悦。

快速反应别人的邮件。即便你一时想不到方法解决，都应先回复他们，并做出初步的计划，告诉他们你大概什么时候会完成或者你将怎么处理；一方面，别人收到你的回应心情也会很好，这样他们知道你正在处理；另一方面，当你给自己设定计划何时处理问题时，对自己也是有帮助的，能促使你投入时间和精力高效完成。

如果一些事情很重要且容易忘记，可以用苹果6S设置手机闹钟提醒。我们不能太依赖大脑，有句话说的好，“好记性不如烂笔头”手机就是电子笔，用它记录容易忘记的重要事情。

尽量用面对面或者电话等方式沟通，因为它比较快，而发邮件需要时间等待。

采用“双规”的方法做事。我们可以严格要求自己，在限定时间和指定地点完成一件任务。为什么这么做？你应该记得，我们以前做学生时，就是被“双规”过，在学校指定的地点和规定的时间内完成考试，这样或多或少都会让你有压力，促使你高效去做一件事。

时间会证明，工作“走心”的效果到底是怎样的。以上方法仅是我个人的观点分享，最重要的是认真地、用心地去思考，就像李小龙用心创立了截拳道一样，走心。

The secret, I think is “speed”. Yes, you have to attack fast, to get the chance to beat, however, what is the relationship with our daily work?

In my opinion, “speed” means “high-efficiency ” in our working life, if you work efficiently, then you can push suppliers work efficiently; if you work efficiently, you can affect your workmates work efficiently, that means everyone will work efficiently, and the whole company will make more output with a good quality, to defeat the competitors of industry, just like Bruce Lee defeat Jabbar.

I also believe you must know this principle, and be curious about the better ways to enhance work efficiency ?

The secret, I believe is “heart”--work by heart and take it seriously, that is to put a lot of thoughts into things. The great man, there is a saying goes like this from Chairman Mao , ”Nothing Is Impossible If You take It Seriously”. With this mind, when you meet any hurdles, you will think at first that how to solve it instead of being annoyed or complained.

To save your time and benefit from reading, below I will share some means of work efficiency enhancement, the aim is to throw out a minnow to catch a whale and grow up together with more communicating.

To write down the must-do affairs with sticky note in front of your computer screen and often review them. For me, every time, I accomplish an must-do affair and throw the note away and I will feel so happy since it seems an hurdle has been overcome with my positive attitude.

Quickly response to the query in emails from others, even though, you have no idea for the time being, you should reply to them and make a preliminary plan to tell them when you will finish or how will you do. On one hand, others can get the feedback and feel good as they know you are working on with their problems; on the other hand, while you reply to others with the details when the problems will to be solved, it is able to push yourself to devote the energy and time to achieve it as the promise you make.

If something important and easy to slip your mind, please set the mobile phone alarm with your Iphone 6S.We may not lean on our brain as there is a saying goes like this, ”if you want long memory, you need a short pencil”, the phone is the electronic pencil to write down the significant things to avoid forgetting.

Try your best to communicate fast with the modes of face-to-face or phone calling as it has to wait by email communication tool.

Doing things with ”shuanggui” method, we should be strict with ourselves in finishing an task or assignment within prescribed time and pointed location. Why we do in that way? As you might remember, when you were a student, you had to take the exams in classrooms in 90 minutes to finish the paper,it more or less makes you stay under pressure when teacher ”shuanggui” you to accomplish paper.
